How do i return a hat?
1. Hats must be returned in clean, unworn and undamaged condition and with all tags attached.
2. Include a copy of your invoice or the name of the person who placed the order along with the date the order was placed.
3. Send to: Little Lids Boston, 17 Hollis Avenue, Braintree, MA 02184
4. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please use a trackable method to ship all returns back to Little Lids.
5. Returns will be credited back onto the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 30 days for credit to appear on your credit card statement.
6. If you would like to exchange the cap for another size, then just let us know. You can put a note in with the return or send us email (email@example.com) or give us a call (1-877-277-8302).
All large orders returned over $125, are subjected to a 30% restocking fee unless a full exchange is done.
If a hat arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We will gladly take care of you at no cost. Every hat we sell is totally guaranteed. If we make an error on your order, then that's on us. We'll do whatever we can to make you happy.
