WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS OF OPERATION?
We ship packages and return emails from 9am-6pm EST, Tuesday-Saturday excluding major holidays. If you contact us regarding your order outside of those hours, we'll get back to you as soon as we're back in the shoppe.

We understand that sometimes you need to get in touch with a real person before, during or after you select a hat. At Little Lids, we guarantee that you will receive good old-fashion customer service from one of our cheerful, knowledgeable members of our team. We offer two ways to contact us:

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Priority Mail is $8, Express Mail is $25 and International Shipping Air Mail is $16
We do offer FREE SHIPPING within the USA for orders over $75
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
For Domestic orders, we offer Priority, First-class and Express Mail via USPS. Priority Mail packages are delivered within 3-4 days of shipping, First class packages are delivered in 5-7 days and Express Mail packages are delivered within 1-2 days.
International Orders take on average 7-10 postal days but could take longer.
HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are shipped out the next business day. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday morning.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you will receive an email from USPS with your tracking #. If for some reason you do not, then please send us an email (HELLO@LITTLELIDS.COM) and we will send you your tracking #.
International orders can not be tracked with USPS Air Mail.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Little Lids is delighted to accept international orders from select countries. Orders are shipped using USPS Air Mail because of this method's low cost and high reliability. Average delivery time on international orders is 7 to 10 business days. Some international deliveries may take longer. Please note that orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subjected to import duties, taxes, fees. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred by your local governmental agencies.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Little Lids is not responsible for any item(s) lost once it has shipped.
To clarify, once an item has left our hat shoppe and has been shipped it is no longer the responsibility of Little Lids. It is now the responsibility of the customer and the postal service.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We understand that sometimes what you receive is not what you thought it would be. Buying hats on the internet can be hard. We treat our customer the way we would like to be treated. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee (excluding shipping/handling).
HOW DO I RETURN A HAT?
1. Hats must be returned in clean, unworn and undamaged condition and with all tags attached.
2. Please include a copy of your invoice or the name and date the order was placed.
3. Send to: Little Lids Boston , 29 Academy Street, unit 2, Braintree, MA 02185.
4. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please use a trackable method to ship all returns back to Little Lids.
5. All returns will be credited back onto the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 30 days for credit to appear on your credit card statement..
All large orders returned over $125, are subjected to a 30% restocking fee unless a full exchange is done.
WHAT’S A SCALLY CAP?
A scally cap is a rounded cap with a small stiff brim in front. Mainly made of wool tweeds. The cap is also know as a flat cat, cabbie, paddy, tourning, jeff, Gatsby, apple, lundberg, pageboy, baker boy, driver’s, golf, eight panel, dai, wigens, fisherman, longshoreman, duffer, tudor bonnet, cheese-cutter (NZ) and a bonnet (Scotland). But in the Big, small city of Boston, we call these caps “scallys”.
DO YOU HAVE A PRINTED CATALOG?
We do not have a printed catalog.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

HOW DO I CHANGE/CANCEL/ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
No worries and not a bother at all. Please give us a call (1-888-277-8302) within a reasonable timeframe.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE FRONT IN THE BOSTON AREA?
No, not at this time but we do sell to children's boutiques in the Boston area and throughout the USA.
CAN I STOP BY THE LITTLE LIDS OFFICE AND PURCHASE A CAP?
Sorry, not at this time. You can place an order online or over the telephone but you can not come to our office to pick it up yourself. Sit back and let Little Lids do all the work. We will have your order enroute to your doorsteps within 24 hours, if not sooner. Save your gas and let us delightfully surprise you.
