We understand that sometimes what you receive is not what you thought it would be. Buying hats on the internet can be hard. Rest assure, we will work with you to ensure that you receive exactly what you want. We treat our customer the way we would like to be treated. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee (excluding shipping/handling).

Need to return something?
- Item must be returned in clean, unworn and undamaged condition and with all tags attached.
- Include the name of the person who placed the order along with the date the order was placed.

- Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please use a trackable method to ship all returns back to Little Lids.
- Returns will be credited back onto the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 30 days for credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- If you would like to exchange the cap for another size, then just let us know. You can put a note in with the return or send us email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Free shipping on the first exchange.
All large orders returned over $125, are subjected to a 30% restocking fee unless a full exchange is done.
